I wish I could support them. But I ordered online by credit card. They showed up asking for cash and claiming that is what I had asked for. I don't know what caused the snafu, but I refused the food and told them NOT to charge my card that I'd given them. Also, if they read this, it would be really helpful for the menu to identify what is in the dishes.

Our experience was totally different than the first reviewer's. We were looking to try a different Chinese delivery so, despite the bad review, decided to give Nihao a chance. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delivered warm, crispy as is should be, and very tasty. We ordered 4 different dinner plates and enjoyed each one. The food was typical chinese take-out/delivery without much pizazz but, then again, we weren't expecting that either. We would definitely order from here again.

Worst food ever. Tired and hungry I decided to order food to go. I approached the entrance to witness the owner or employees child barefoot and banging on the front glass door, pitching a fit and being jerked by the arm and made to sit on a cot in the corner of the ordering area. Screaming at the crying child continued and i should have left then. I ordered and left, arriving home to eat. The first bite of food tasted as if bleach or cleaning solution had spilled into the food. It was not edible. It was the first and last time I will go to this restaurant. Can't even give it one star, it was that horrible.

The food is delicious, fresh and generously plated. The cooking area is clean and the people aim to please. Once they cooked the chicken more than I liked and they did not hesitate to make it up to me. Our family orders from here often and we are seldom disappointed.

The lunch specials are particularly nice because you get a ton of food for only $5.50. The food doesn't compare to authentic Chinese food, but it's good if you want some quick, cheap, Chinese-American food :D
If you want soup, go with the wonton..the egg-drop is a little bit funky, imho. The restaurant is very small with little seating, but it looks clean and all. Enjoy!
